It's the last week of May, and I'm traveling with Sean to Kentucky, visiting antique malls along the way. I've been exploring different materials, patinas, and searching for antique textiles. The rust-and-paint combinations in children's toys are particularly appealing. I also discovered a booth featuring old tools with incredibly organized displays of rulers, saws, cooking utensils, and all kinds of other measuring devices, some featuring a striking mix of wood and dark metal.
