Free shipping on all U.S. orders!
Orders are processed within 1-7 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Domestic orders ship via UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been handed off to the delivery carrier.
International Orders
International shipping rates vary. International orders ship via DHL. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-20 days from the order date. Customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. By law, we cannot change the value of an order as shown on commercial invoices. We adhere to all international import/export laws.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. Transactions are processed using a secured payment system. Sales tax is charged on every order.
Return and Exchange Policy
Much of our collection is one of a kind and we aim to minimize the need for customer returns as much as possible. It is our goal that you love your purchase! If you have any questions before purchasing or are unsure of which item you would like, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help guide you!
Online Purchases Return Policy
If for any reason an item does not work for you we gladly offer free returns for full priced merchandise on US orders within 7 days of receiving your package.
Discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE - returns not accepted on sale items.
We do not accept returns on orders from outside of the US - all Canadian, International and U.S territory orders are FINAL SALE.
To request a return, please email us with your order number, and one of our team members will get back to you shortly!

- Please ensure returned garments are unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- We will be in touch when your item is received. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- If you choose to receive store credit for your return, it will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and it does not expire.
- If you would like to exchange an item, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement garment upon receiving your store credit or refund.
- Please be aware that we do track the number of orders that our customers return. If we notice a pattern of habitual returning of your garments, we reserve the right to refuse an order.
Retail Store Return Policy:
The GaryGraham 422 retail store in Franklin NY (currently closed for the season) accepts returns for store credit only, no refunds, within 7 days of in-store purchase.
All garments must be returned in original, unworn condition.
All special orders are final sale.
