I have been working with my long-time textile collaborator Gina Gregorio on reinterpreting these 19th-century French floral toiles. We have given them different colored backgrounds and, in some cases, reversed the motifs into their negative counterparts. There will be many versions of these prints in the next couple of months, culminating in my second collection for the GG422/Amazon store- lots of great jersey versions! For now, I have two of them available in my classic cocoon dress in rayon twill.
